Women Alive! My mother, Carol Lynn Pearson, and I are hosting a three-day retreat for twelve women in the beautiful Utah mountains this summer.
July 30- August 1, Friday noon to Sunday 5 p.m.
CAROL LYNN PEARSON—brings her insight and inspiration on Women’s Spirituality…the Magic and Meaning of Coincidence…her poems…a reader’s theatre presentation of “Mother Wove the Morning” (search for the female face of God)…and much more.
EMILY PEARSON—with her unique, sassy humor and well-earned wisdom, guides us to a greater understanding of Pain and its purpose, how we can allow it to propel us forward…shows us the freedom and joy that come from Spiritual Reinvention…and makes sure we laugh a lot.
*Lodge-type home on three acres in the beautiful mountains near Heber

You know Em, I miss you, and I instantly thought of pulling a Ms. Doubtfire in order to see you at this retreat, because, well, i'm a man, and my plumbing prevents me from equal rights access to the funniest woman I know. Hmmm now I know what if feels like to be discriminated against. ha! Oh wow, I would have so much fun with you all in the slumber party attire and we would have mounds of joy during the pillow fights. There will be pillow fights right?
Then I scrolled down farther to see that you wouldn't be saying the F word the whole weekend and I realized that I didn't want to see a censored version of you, so I'll wait until you host the "man" retreat, and then I can see you in all your beautiful f-ing glory, no self-censorship allowed. Btw, who are we kidding anyways? I don't think you'll be able to go for more than 2 hours without saying the F word. Your mom most already know this. Don't get me wrong though, its a very attractive charming quality, that I miss about you (not being sarcastic either)
